Comic: Sand Castles
Somewhere along the internets we discovered that crashing sand castles (from computer chairs) is much easier than actually going out and building them. This is where my mind goes whenever I let myself read the comment sections of online news articles. Idle no more, the occupy movement, projects to help the community.. people took the time to build them. If you disagree, why hatefully crash into their sand castles when you can just build your own?
Aaaanyway. Happy Tuesday. I’ll try to keep posting (here or on Facebook) on Tuesdays.
Comic: What It’s Really Like to Read Minds
I always wonder when I’m reading about these sci-fi heroes what it would actually be like…
A Time and Place
I used drama and The Warrior Princess as an easy-peasy example. This applies to a lot of things in life, though.
We’re never the same person two days in a row, but I find it easier to be productive when I think of it like this. My little miniature self that wants to draw on everything (and at times spontaneously covers the furniture in paint) is currently very, very.. sated – and she definitely exists. Acknowledging her power is what allows me to draw comics and what keeps me from painting moustaches on people who stand still for too long.
Have a kickin’ day!
The Big Rush
The big rush in all of its irony.
Second last frame – “How was your search for happiness, my friend?”
Man walking in last frame – “Save money.. for Canada..”
